The key projects of the service and construction education cooperation of the Department of Civil and Disaster Prevention Engineering of our school are as follows:

1. Engineering Technology Research Center Services: Provide testing services for civil engineering materials commissioned by the engineering community in the vicinity of Miaoli to assist all sectors in effectively controlling the quality of construction.
2. Civil and Disaster Prevention Engineering Department on-the-job training promotion education: assist the industry to cultivate engineering personnel quality system, construction management and valuation, and construction automation technology, including structural design automation, measurement automation and test automation knowledge and technology.
3. The department also seeks from the Public Construction Commission of the Executive Yuan to handle public works quality control engineer training courses to cultivate quality control engineers in Miaoli.
4. Civil engineering materials commissioned research services: provide services related to high-performance concrete, geotechnical materials, bridge testing, house testing, safety testing, civil materials and other related technology commissioned research or cooperative development services.
5. Civil engineering construction and education cooperation services: services related to public engineering planning, development, quality evaluation, testing, and problem solving.
